How to use MindX

🎯 The Core Practice

Focus on the center dot. When your mind wanders, capture what distracted you by typing, then return your attention to the dot.

💭 Capture Distractions

The essence of this app: write down everything that pulls your attention away from the center point. Thoughts, worries, ideas, tasks - capture them all to free your mind.

🔄 Return to Focus

After noting a distraction, immediately return your gaze to the center dot. This trains your mind to acknowledge distractions without getting lost in them.

⏱️ Set Timer

Choose your session duration (1-60 minutes) and press Start. The interface will dim to minimize distractions during practice.

✅ Review & Release

Check off completed thoughts or remove them entirely. This helps you process distractions and return to a clear state of focus.
